COVID-19 Catch-up Premium
During 2020/21 the government announced £1 billion of funding to support children and young people to catch up lost time after school closures during the Coronavirus pandemic. £650 million of this funding was earmarked for a one-off catch-up premium to ensure schools have the support they need to help all students make up for lost teaching time our implemented plans for this are shown in the links below.
Pupil Premium
Pupil Premium is a fund provided by the Department for Education (DfE) for publicly funded schools in England. The fund is used to raise the attainment of disadvantaged students and close the gap between them and their peers. Funding is provided for each student registered as eligible for free school meals at any point in the last 6 years.

Year 7 Literacy and Numeracy Catch-up Premium
The literacy and numeracy catch-up premium gives schools additional funding to support year 7 students who did not achieve the expected standard in reading or maths at the end of Key Stage 2.
